Leadership Unfoldment Cohort — June 2026
A space for unfolding clarity, connection, and leadership grounded in what matters most.
This three-week hybrid program combines virtual gatherings with an immersive in-person experience. It is designed for leaders who are sensing that their next movement is not upward, but inward—toward coherence, depth, and more regenerative ways of engaging work, systems, and self.
The program includes four virtual sessions (opening, intention, and two integration sessions), a four-day in-person immersion at Usona Institute (evening of June 24 to midday on June 27), and the option for one-on-one coaching afterward (not included in the program fee). The rhythm is paced to support metabolization, not performance.
We begin by shifting from doing to unfolding—introducing regenerative leadership not as an identity or set of outcomes, but as relational soil. Participants meet the cohort, establish shared agreements, and immerse in foundational concepts: unfolding rather than optimizing, and leading as a practice of sensing and hosting emergent futures. We also explore Otto Scharmer's concept of the "social field," and the movement from extractive to regenerative systems.
This session deepens into the capacities of Open Mind, Open Heart, and Open Will, and their connection to the systems we are part of and called to tend. We explore the relationship between inner coherence and collective change, introduce regenerative economic principles, and begin to loosen identity from fixed roles. Through partner and group practices, we listen for what we are being asked to release, and what deeper intention is beginning to form.
This four-day gathering includes a range of immersive practices, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), immersive breathwork, sound and light immersion, and auricular acupuncture, somatic exploration, and relational fieldwork. Facilitators hold a space oriented toward coherence, release, and reconnection.
Tentative — subject to minor adjustments
After the immersion, we meet again to support immediate integration. Participants are invited to ground what they experienced, metabolize emerging insights, and notice which patterns might be reasserting themselves. Practices include somatic anchoring, attentional hygiene, and mapping how to re-engage systems from a place of coherence rather than reflex or urgency.
Our final session is a space of collective witnessing and closure. We return to the question of "the future that looks back at you"—and what it may now be asking you to host. Participants name what is composting, what is quietly beginning, and what they are now stewarding. Integration tools are offered, and optional post-program support pathways are introduced.
One-on-one coaching is available at an additional cost to support further integration and what's unfolding in your leadership and life.
One month after program completion, participants are invited to a follow-up session. This is an opportunity to reflect on what is still resonating, offer feedback to the facilitation team, and receive additional materials for continued integration and support.
