Chantelle Thomas, PhD, is a Clinical Psychologist specializing in addiction treatment, trauma, and health psychology. Dr. Thomas has been studying the use of psychedelics as informing emerging therapies to treat adults with PTSD, substance use disorders, and depression via clinical research trials at University of Wisconsin-Madison since 2013. She is certified in both MDMA Assisted Psychotherapy (2016) and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (2019). In 2013, she was trained to conduct clinical research with Psilocybin by key members of the Center for Psychedelic Research and Consciousness at Johns Hopkins University. She has served as therapist, consultant, and educator for the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) in the context of their Phase 3 multi-site trials of MDMA-assisted psychotherapy for severe PTSD taking place in the U.S. and six European countries. Additionally, she is actively serving as a consultant to the Expanded Access and Investigator Initiated Trials involving MDMA-AT. Dr. Thomas has also pioneered the integration of Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy as a trauma processing treatment intervention (via Integrata) into residential dual diagnosis treatment programming over the last several years in Wisconsin. Dr. Thomas is directly involved in teaching, training, and/or consulting with various organizations including Integrative Psychiatric Institute, Fluence, Polaris, and Mindmed. She is also lead trainer, facilitator, and supervisor for several active clinical research trials involving Psilocybin at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Erin M. Curtis, MD is a Psychiatrist who holds dual board certification in General Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry and has 20 years of experience in the field. She completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine and is a certified Acudetox Specialist (ADS). She has been practicing Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) with Integrata since 2020.
